1.1 CHECKOUT & PAYMENT

 

1.1.1 Through placing an order on this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. In order to complete the checkout process, you will complete the following steps. (1) Search/browse the Lolly & Bean website for the desired product (2) select the correct size if applicable (3) press add to cart (4) proceed to checkout (5) you will then input your personal, billing and shipping information (6) review and confirm your order at the checkout (7) you will then receive a confirmation of order via email.

 

1.1.2 During the checkout process, there will be various payment methods available to you, which will be available upon adding your details. Note: We do not accept cash or cheques.

 

1.1.3 All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation via the payment service provider you have selected. If the provider refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise your payment, you will then be notified by email and/or during checkout.

1.4.4 If we make a pricing error when listing a product, we reserve the right to cancel this order and refund the buyer. The same applies to stock, which is subject to availability. We will make every effort to ensure our inventory is up to date, but in the unlikely case that we have a large influx of orders that we cannot fulfil, we reserve the right to refund and cancel your order without reason. However, if this is the case, we will attempt to contact you via the email provided by you in the checkout process.

 

 

1.5 CANCELLATIONS

 

1.5.1 Review your cart and delivery information carefully to ensure your order is correct before pressing the ‘Place Your Order’ button, as we may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

1.6 PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNT PROMOS/CODES

1.6.1 Only one discount/promotional code can be used at once via the Lolly & Bean Website. Promo/Discount codes should be applied at checkout. Promotional/Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional events or sale unless stated otherwise.

1.7 SHIPPING

1.7.1 Shipping costs are applied during checkout, subject to promotional codes or offers. Costs may vary depending on the country your order is being shipped to and the weight of your order.

1.7.2 We offer free 48hr tracked shipping on all mainland UK orders £75 and over.

 

1.7.3 If 48-Hour Tracked is selected as your shipping method, you will receive your tracking information within your confirmation of dispatch email.

 

1.7.4 Shipping time frames are subject to stock and availability. Please refer to Royal Mail for further information regarding delivery time frames following the dispatch of your order. Lolly & Bean cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays regarding issues with our courier or issues that are out of our control.

 

 

1.8 CUSTOMS & ADDITIONAL DUTIES

1.8.1 If you are located outside of the UK, your order may be subject to additional costs via customs. Lolly & Bean is not liable for additional costs via our courier or customs agencies.

1.8.2 You, as the customer, are solely responsible for paying additional duties applied via customs or our courier.

1.8.3 If custom duties are not paid, your order may be abandoned or returned to us. Lolly & Bean cannot be held accountable regarding customs fees not paid, and your order will not be refunded.
