For Example, the order is dispatched after 10 working days using Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service, and your order should take 12 working days to reach you. If 48-Hour Tracked is selected as your shipping method, you will receive your tracking information within your confirmation of dispatch email. Shipping time frames are subject to stock and availability. Please refer to Royal Mail for further information regarding delivery time frames following the dispatch of your order.

 

Lolly & Bean cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays regarding issues with our courier or issues that are out of our control. If you are located outside of the UK, your order may be subject to additional costs via customs. Lolly & Bean is not liable for additional costs via our courier or customs agencies.

 

You, as the customer, are solely responsible for paying additional duties applied via customs or our courier. If customs duties are not paid, your order may be abandoned or returned to us. Lolly & Bean cannot be held accountable regarding customs fees not paid, and your order will not be refunded.
