1.0 RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. Once 14 days have passed since delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must comply with the following :

Any Label/Tags should still be attached

No damage or stains
-
No evidence of use

The item should be returned in its original packaging and condition.
In order to return your item, please download, print and complete the form below. Simply follow the instructions noted on the returns form.
1.1 DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us via info@lollyandbean.co.uk. You must provide proof that the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect and return the item in question to be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must notify us and return the item within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or within 14 days for an exchange. If proof or sufficient evidence that the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect cannot be provided, or the item was returned later than 14 days in regards to a refund or 14 days for an exchange, Lolly & Bean is not liable to provide a refund or exchange.
In the event that you find a fault in your item which was present when received, you have 6 months to notify us in order to receive a repair or replacement. You must be able to prove that the item was faulty when received. We will always aim to repair your item where possible if a manufacturing fault occurs.
Note: Intimates or hair and face products are non-refundable due to hygiene, for example, scrunchies. We can, however, offer a refund or exchange for said item if it was incorrect or damaged when delivered. You have 14 days to notify us as stated above to be eligible for a refund, or 14 days for an exchange.
If any intimates or hair and face products are returned for any reason other than an incorrect or damaged item, Lolly & Bean is not liable to refund those items, nor are we liable to cover the shipping cost to send those items back to you if you choose you'd like them back, please read these conditions carefully. If you did receive a damaged or incorrect item, please see section 1.2.
If you agree that your return meets the conditions listed above (By ticking the box located on the returns form) and we believe there is sufficient evidence to the contrary, Lolly & Bean reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Lolly & Bean does not cover the cost of returns; postage and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect, any shipping fees from the initial purchase will be deducted from the refund amount in question. We recommend you return your item via tracked shipping or purchase shipping insurance. Lolly & Bean cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit on return.
1.2 EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 14 days. Lolly & Bean does not currently offer exchanges with the exception of faulty or incorrect items. In this situation, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@lollyandbean.co.uk. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to facilitate a refund, return or exchange.
1.3 REFUNDS
Once your return has been received by Lolly & Bean and we are confident all conditions have been met, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method.
1.4 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within 5-10 working days, first check your bank account. Then, proceed to contact your bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by your bank.

1.5 EXEMPTIONS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to the nature of said product; these include intimates, face, hair products and any products which state they are non-refundable within the listed description unless said item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. 1.6 SALE & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS/DISCOUNTED ITEMS
If your goods were purchased in a sale or at a discounted price via a promotion or code, you will only be refunded the amount initially paid, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from said amount unless said item was damaged, faulty or incorrect.
